Anyway, the good news is Singtel has been 'trying' to answer to feed back, putting in resources at weak 3G area...
SingTel upgrading 3G network at malls amid complaints (Link)
Southeast Asia's largest telco SingTel has listed a timetable to upgrade its network coverage at 20 malls across Singapore. This follows a recent spate of complaints, including a frustrated subscriber's Facebook post which went viral.
And more, there is even a Google Map collaboration where users pinpoint areas with weak Singtel3G reception for Singtel to take actions.

Why should Singtel subscribers have all the fun?
Starhub, yes, I am looking at you. As someone who recently jumped ship from Singtel to Starhub barely 8 months ago, I can say that Starhub has an even patchier network than Singtel. I have dropped calls at north area, tampines area... and the data connection is patchy too.
I can have slow network at my Raffles place and Marina Bay area.
Let Starhub users unite! I want my money's worth of coverage!
I have set up an "Area with Poor Starhub 3G Coverage"(Link) on Google map and it is open to public, so starhub users, please share your location with poor network there!
1) Click on the Google Map (Link), and on the map, choose the location that you have experienced weak coverage,
2) RIGHT-click on it, select "What's here?"
3) Select "Save to Map"
It should automatically save to the Google Map.
